Background: In according to the pandemic control safety request, all inbound cargos to Zhoushan area were obligated to conduct sanitation, after acquiring the sanitation certificate goods can be delivered on board:

Regulations summary:

1. All air freight import cargo heading to Zhoushan port/yard, 24hrs quarantine time and sanitation slip required for supply declaration.

2. All Sea freight import cargo heading to Zhoushan port/yard, 24hrs quarantine time and sanitation slip required for supply declaration.

3. All Courier import cargo heading to Zhoushan port/yard, 24hrs quarantine time and sanitation slip required for supply declaration.

4. Currently Zhoushan Custom office has set up many sanitation checkpoints that dedicated to provide service for all. These checkpoints will charge sanitation fee from all applicants. Charges are based on per AWB/BL basis.

This new formality could be cost increase in local operation for our clients, therefor RMS negotiated with Custom office and managed to get a good rate for the sanitation based on our volume, owning to which we could benefit you in general cost saving.
