On February 26, 2026, RMS Marine Service Company Ltd. and Cummins (China) Investment Co., Ltd. officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement in Shanghai. Senior management and business representatives from both companies attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.
The two parties will leverage Cummins’ global expertise in power technology and comprehensive product systems, together with RMS’s structured marine service network and integrated one-stop solution capabilities, to deepen cooperation in the supply of marine engines, generator sets, and critical spare parts, as well as technical training support and aftermarket service coordination.
This strategic cooperation strengthens RMS’s long-term partnership with Cummins and provides a solid framework for expanded collaboration in marine power services. Through this partnership, RMS aims to integrate complementary resources to deliver more efficient and reliable marine power aftermarket support to global shipping customers, enhancing vessel operational safety and economic performance.
