On August 18, 2026, RMS marked its 33rd anniversary.

At the Shanghai headquarters, the day brought a little more music, food and celebration than usual. Teams across RMS also came together in different ways to mark the occasion.

Thirty-three years is, for a company, not only a measure of time, but also a collection of countless individual days — serving customers, delivering on projects, travelling between ports and locations, and the commitment of the people who make up RMS.

It was a day to look back, and also to spend some time together.

The anniversary celebration at the Shanghai headquarters began in the morning with registration and photos, followed by a flag-raising ceremony and a town hall meeting. As the afternoon came to an end, the programme moved into a more relaxed part of the day, starting with games and activities.

This was followed by the “RMS Family Dinner.”

As evening came, the BBQ and music session got underway.

While the BBQ was in full swing, performances and games took turns throughout the evening. Singing, dancing, guitar, games and other activities gave everyone a chance to take a break from the usual work routine and simply spend some time together.

The evening ended with a special group performance of the RMS company song, bringing the 33rd anniversary celebration to a close.

The celebration was not limited to Shanghai.

As part of the 818 RMS Culture celebrations, RMS teams in different locations also marked the anniversary in their own ways. Different cities, different teams and different activities — all sharing the same occasion and sending their birthday wishes to RMS.

Thirty-three years is a journey worth looking back on.

Looking back, we see not only the milestones in RMS’s development, but also the people who have grown and worked alongside one another over the years.

Some joined RMS as young professionals and have grown into more experienced roles. Others have developed through different positions and responsibilities. And through years of working together, many colleagues have gone from simply knowing each other to becoming trusted partners.

Over 33 years, what has been built is not only professional capabilities across maritime supply, safety, technical services, logistics and ship agency, but also the trust of our customers.

In a recent letter of appreciation, one of our valued customers wrote:

"These nearly two weeks have given us a much deeper appreciation of RMS's true strengths — not just the impressive warehouse infrastructure, the food safety standards and the cold chain capabilities, but above all, the people who stand behind them. That, for us, is the real measure of a trusted partner.” At 33, RMS is moving forward with the same commitment.
